Missing Navigation Disc
 

Hello,
I just bought an '06 T&C Touring. The navigation disc is missing and the previous owner doesn't have it. I called the dealer and they want $393 for a new one. I looked on e-Bay and the choices are confusing. Could anyone help me with a couple questions:

What P/N or type should I be searching for?

Are there any other options for getting a reliable disc for a lower price?

what nav unit do u have??? there will be a 3 letter code on the front some where what is that?

I see RDS on the front of the unit.

i dont see nething on that radio i will check when i get to work on tues.

The DVD's are form Navteq (http://www.navteq.com/). The updated disks are $199. Perhaps you can upgrade directly from them?

Thanks for the replies. I finally got my hands on the Owners Manual (Navigation Manual missing - of course) and it says the navigation sales code is "RB1". Is this the info needed, Chrysler Tech?

Also, I went to Navteq and you were right Oxnardboy - $199, which is almost half of what the dealer wants. I asked Navteq about what the update cost is (they said they update about once a year). I'll let you know what they answer.

I have 5 iso files for your to burn to CD but they are only for Europe and are 2011 which I think is the latest available upate for the RB3 so not much use to you if you're in the States.
