mopar dvd radio compatablty
 

Hello
this is my first post so go easy on me :)
I have just installed a mopar dvd player and drop down 7inch monitor(chrysler standed). the problem is i have no power to the monitor and the radio does not change to the dvd when a disc is put in. Al the power cables are conected. I have power to the dvd player and the orange light comes on when the player is turned on. I have a uk chrysler voyager 03 2.5 cdr lx. the radio part no is P05064385af and the dvd player is 05080687aa could it be the the radio is not compatable with the dvd player
