Need help installing the tensioner assembly
 

I need help on installing the tensioner assembly on my 01 T&C. I am using a pickle fork to seat the assembly in the pin hole with the belt on the tensioner and I have the belt in the assembly, but not tightened all the way so I can move the pulley. Is there anything wrong that I am doing here and what tools do I need, let me know thanks.

put the tensioner on tighten the 13 mm bolt then out the belt on.
