new voyager owner

hi there
though i am in the uk male 37 yrs old. i am sure that voyagers in the us are put through thier paces far more than here.
i first drove a grande voyager 3 yrs ago what dream i own 2 bmws but the comfort is no where to comparison

i have just purchased a 97 3.3 le auto with 180.000 miles on the clock
i have been assured that the majority of these are motorway miles avg at aprox 70mph

the body is imaculate and the inside shows a little family wear the engine can hardly be heard
how ever the only ****le i have is when i turn the heater on there is a persisitant clicking noise coming from the glove box area that lasts about 30 seconds ????????

questions i will ask is is the mileage high or avge is thee any thing i should be worried about or looking at / for

and what is the infernal clicking

RE: new voyager owner

first of all the ticking might be something in the blower motor housing or the motor itself it located under the dash behind the glovebox.
Second miles are not that bad i had a 1996 dodge with 125,000 and sold it but the one thing you will need to be carefull of is the tranny no burnouts the trans dif pin has been known to slip out and go through the case if you do it too much. other then that its a good ride.

good luck
