Next Step...P0500
 

3.3 Engine light after speedo quit, got codes P0500, P1495, P1684, transmission smooth, replaced both input/output sensors, still get engine light with error codes . Battery 12.4 any suggestions? :confused:

.....this is on a 2001 T&C

P0500-no vehicle speed signal (4sp auto trans)
possible causes
intermittent condition
vehicle speed sensor signal shorted voltage
vss signal from tcm
vehicle speed sensor signal shorted to ground
vehicle speed sensor signal open
pcm vss signal



p1495-leak detection pump solenoid circuit

thanks for the quick reply CT,done what I could,hoped it was a sensor,looks like it's shop time.No idea and not gonna ask how to check pcm/tcm. Leave it to the diagnostic gurus.
