to Nivomat or not to Nivomat, that is the question

Has anyone needed to replace their rear self leveling shocks yet? If so, what mileage? What are the thoughts/opinions of switching from Nivomat to Heavy Duty shocks???

How many miles does your van have? mine has 120k and the shocks still function like new. I've read that these shocks should last the life of the vehicle, hope they do at $300/each.
Btw if I ever do have to replace them I'll definately go with the Nivomat.

Thanks Strada, as it turns out I was misinformed. My vehicle does not have the self leveling suspension - which would explain the sag... I have ordered pair of Monroe 58620 Sensa-Trac Load Adjusting Shocks which are basically struts. I am curious to see if the springs will act like helper springs under load. Looks like the reviews show that they work great. I should know in a couple of weeks. Either way they are WAY less expensive than the Nivomat. I wonder if I could add Nivomat later if the Monroe don't work????
