NO Heat on driver side ?! only - 2010 Chrysler T&C

Hey, I have problem with heat system on driver side only - no heat at all, passenger side and rear works just great, AC and fans are working but no heat comes out from vent on left front of the car. Already checked coolant level - ok, both heater core hoses are hot ...?!
Help, please....!!!

Sounds like the driver's side zone actuator motor, actuator linkage, the door itself, wiring to it from the control panel or the control panel itself. From reading it appears most of the time the actuator or linkage are the problem. Here's an illustration: http://static.cargurus.com/images/si...8119579792.gif

I'm guesswing you can access them through the center console by removing the radio or HVAC control panel or maybe from underneath. I've read the calibration/test option was deleted on 5th generation vans so the only recourse is to have the dealer scan the system. You and I would have to do it the hard way by accessing the motor and checking power and ground.
