Oil on top of spark plugs

Hi,

We have a 2.0l petrol voyager.

Taking the ht leads out on cylinder 4 the linning of the spark plug hole came out. There was oil on the bottom of the ht lead which i think is causing it short out the plug and causes rough running.

Has any body ever come accross this problem and how do i fix it?

Once the linning was out i could see the cam shaft and oily bits in the rocker box.

Any ideas or comments would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Just an added Tidbit......

Much to my surprise, Lately I have recieved V/C gaskets without the tube seals...

ENSURE that there are " SPARKPLUG TUBE SEALS" in the kit, Otherwise you will need to purchase them seperately.....
