Over heating Zerex G05 Hoat

Hi Guys

I have a 2001 UK Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.5CRD, which is having over heating problems.

Now Ive read a few post on here, to identify the problem and it would appear this is a common problem caused by not changing the fluid on time and flushing the rad is not guaranteed to work as ally rads aren't good for flushing.

Ive also seen the post by Leedsman about putting in a second thermostat which I'm gonna try,

but my question is this where do I get Zerex G05 Hoat antifreeze in the UK I know i need 5lts and 5lts of anodised water

any help appreciated with this thanks

No worries Tom...

The rad bleed wing nut is on the drivers side as you look at it! Well it is on the 2007 oil burner. I managed to get my fingers through the bumper to undo it. I flushed it out at least 10 times through the expansion tank with a garden hose. I ran it every time to circulate the system. When it came out clean I used the water from our dehumidifier with the G05 antifreeze in a 50/50 mix. Hope all goes well for you mate.

No worries mate. Only about 50p difference or so in the price. The Mopar stuff is way to expensive! Just thought I'd post it up anyways for everyone to see :)
