P0480 2005 Town and Country
This is the fan control circuit fault code. The fan works as i tested it independently. I replaced the relay behind the grill and still does not come on. next step? I have necessary ohm and circuit testers. Need next steps and thanks in advance.

Guess what?? You can't actually check the fuse if there isn't one there. All this time, the missing fuse didn't catch my eye. NO clue why it's missing. I never go into that box. Suspect a former tech may have borrowed it for another job either on my car or someone elses. Anyhow, I have a new fuse, a new relay, and I'm good to go.

Cooling fan issue 2005 T & C
I am also having a problem with the cooling fan circuit. Fuse good, jumped fan at relay plug, fans work. Ground circuit good. Wire from relay plug to fuse box is good. Possible PCM or wiring from fuse box to PCM. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
