pls help brakes

hello i have a 02 chrys, t&C I want to know if anyone has changed the back brakes there disc brakes.. maybe if anyone have pic's or video would be great...:)

The only difference between front discs and rear discs...Is the location on the car....There is nothing special about them...If you can do fronts, you can do rears.
