Poor fuel economy on 2015 T&C

We own a 2015 Town & Country with about 230,000km (143,000 miles). About 95% of our driving is highway. According to the computer, we average about 12L/100KM in fuel consumption, or about 19mpg. This seems rather poor for highway driving.

Is there anything we can check or do to improve the gas mileage? The ECO button doesn't seem to affect the fuel consumption.

Thermostat has been replaced due to a low temperature code. Tires are less than a year old and air pressure is within door label spec. Brakes were done just a short time ago with new rotors and pads. Oil is replaced with the correct spec on a regular basis. We don't carry any extra cargo. No other codes to speak of. We almost always use cruise control to maintain speed.

Next step is going to be doing a cleanout with Seafoam. Will be checking the air cleaner, etc. under the hood at the same time.
