Position Coolant Temperatur Sensor?

Hi,
i'm a german driver of a 2014 Town & Country. I drive a lot of long Distances, and this car is perfekt.
Now i have a Problem:
The Radiator Fan dos`nt work. How can i fix the Problem?

the fans do not work off the coolant temp sensor the sensor tells the PCM what the temp is and then the PCM will turn the fans on based off logic.

Does the temperature gauge reach 'normal' after driving a few kilometers or does it usually display 'cool'. If the engine never reaches 'normal' temperature then perhaps the problem is with the thermostat. Plenty of posts on this forum about faulty thermostats.

Yes, the gauge reach "normal". I think the Thermostat is not that Problem!
Where is the Fan-Relais Position? I will check it.

Mine on a 2013 are located top of radiator, driver side. The two are mounted on a thin metal bracket.
