Is it possible replace heater control with digital one?

Is it possible replace heater control with digital one?

I have the old controls for aircon and heater like so

I would like the digital controls

Making that kind of mod. may well be a nightmare of a job. Maybe you could make the existing controls work better?

You would be changing the control head, wire harness and several other components and even then I'd have big doubts.
