Default Power Sliding Doors intermittantly not working

So we have had the 2012 Touring for about a month. One week after we got it the passenger sliding door would be able to open but when you hit one of the buttons to get it to close it would only click repeatidly. The passenger slide it the side where the car seat is so we didn't know if it was doing it on the other side for a couple weeks. Then it started doing it too.

I took it in to the dealer for a tire balance issue and told them about the door problems. They said that they couldn't get the problem to happen. The reset the door contact points.

The door issues continue to this day.

There is nothing in the way of the door etc to make this happen.

Any suggestions?

Video tape it. Take it to the dealer as proof. Beyond that if you start working this you may void your warranty. Sounds like something out of adjustment or the wiring harness at the bottom of the door frame may have an issue. Temperatures make any difference?
