Problem with power door closing on 06 T&C
 

My wifes 06 has developed a problem and could use some guidance and or suggestions on how to fix the problem. Both doors work when the remote or the overhead console buttons are used but when the buttons on the door pillars are used the doors will not close. Any help would be greatly appretiated.....TYVM.:(

is the door lock out switch active on your over head where u press to open and close them?

CHRYSLER TECH....you were spot on with your question about door lock out switch. Some how, who knows, that switch was activated and it caused all the problems(even thoughit was working and doing exactly what it was supposed to do). Thank you very much.....wife is happy!!!!!

That is a very common issue that customers run into. Many of them complain about the vehicle quality not knowing that this feature is active and offered for safety & sometimes "parental sanity" when you have kids that love to keep pushing buttons over & over :-)
