Pulsing Interior and Exterior Lights

My mother has a 2005 T&C Limited with something like 50k miles on it. Especially noticeable at idle, but also there while moving, regardless of engine speed the interior (dash and stuff) and exterior lights contiuously pulse. The frequency is about every 1 second they just dim and come right back. I was thinking alternator or voltage regulator or something? Wanted to get some second opinions if you've got any. Thanks

I think I finally found the G300 ground wire for 2005 Chrysler Town & Country. There are 2 G300's, one by each door per the video I found.
1. Remove the floor trim that lines the front driver side door.
2. Now remove the plastic housing at the bottom of the door frame where the seat belt comes out. There are some wires with a harness on the floor there. However, per the video that is not the G300.
3. The G300 is the lead that screws into the floor right under those wires! That is it!
4. Clean by removing any corrosion/rust & add dielectric grease.

Here is the link of the video that i found:
"Fixing Power Door Lock Not Working For 2005 Grand Caravan and Town Country".

I have not tried it yet, but my problem is electrical, with door locks, windows, and radio intermittently not working. Hopefully this will be the fix!
