Radio quit after battery change '02 T&C
 

I bought a battery at the local Tire, Lube and Auto store and instead of taking it home to replace it and then bring the old battery back to get the core charge refunded, i just had them install it. After they were done, on the way home, I noticed the radio doesn't power on, including the clock that is supposed to display when the radio is off. The radios preset button backlights work though. Has anyone experienced this and found a resolution? I have found several threads of people with the same issue, but no fixes yet.

remove the battery cable and touch them together for 10 seconds then reattach them back to the battery.

Tech...Gave that a try with no luck. Thanks for trying to help though. Taking it in to the dealer Thursday for them to have a look.
