I need some help to remove the interior panels at the rear of a 2014 T&C. I don't want to damage anything in my quest for knowledge.

 

Just remove the rubber seal that goes round the back door, then you can pull back the panels and see were the plastic lugs are.

I looked behind the seals, but could not see anything certain. It looks like I may need to start at the top, but I really do not want damage the clips by pulling the parts out in the wrong way or order.
