Rear parking sensor?

I installed on my Voyager '05 the rear parking sensors: after the installation I realized that they are slightly inclined downwards, instead of being parallel to the ground. So they do not work properly.
I have seen some Voyager that have a plastic strip in the lower part of the bumper where the sensors are climbed: do you know if the strip is sold separately from the bumper?
Thanks

Hi
My 2005 Voyager has the black plastic strip under the bumper, I guess it is sold separatly from the bumper. It is held on with plastic plugs/fasteners. There seems to be space behind to fit the reversing sensors, indeed I have seen voyagers with them fitted on the black plastic strip. Incidently the face of the black plastic strip (where you would mount the sensor) isn't exactly vertical, it points slightly upwards so if the sensors have to be horizontal then you need the ones with a chamfered base.

In the UK I would get the strip from a breakers yard, recommend ADC who specialise in Chrysler, but its a long way from Italy!

Hope you solve it Fabio.

I looked on rockauto, they only sell the whole bumper with the strip attached. Maybe breakers is the best choice.
