Rear Sway Bar 2006 Town and country

I have a 2006 Town and Country, 3.3 liter, short wheel base, NO stow and go seating and would like to buy and install a REAR mopar sway bar, I'm not sure if the sway bar itself should be installed on the front or back of the rear axle? Need help??
