My parents rear passenger turn signal socket recently shorted out on their 2005 Town and Country causing some of the plastic to melt and even for a hole to burn through one of the contacts. In trying to replace it, I am having a hard time finding just the socket module anywhere. The dealership says they won't service the socket individually and will only replace the entire tail lamp assembly. Instead of simply replacing a $10-15 max part, they want the $100+ for the full assembly. Does any one know where I could buy just the little clip in socket module by itself? My local pull and pay junkyard didn't have any compatible cars around.
