Need to disable driver & passenger seat belt chime. Anyone know how?

I am hoping CHRYSLER TECH will answer me. My Beltalert is malfunctioning. (2006 Charger) Whenever I have a passenger, the dash warning light remains lit and chimes almost constantly when the car is moving, even though both the driver and passenger are buckled up. Sometimes my passenger can buckle and unbuckle and it will be fixed temporarily, but the problem always returns. It has been to the dealer three times and they don't seem to be able to figure out how to fix it. Any thoughts on what could be causing this? Most of the work they have done involved the seat occupant sensors, but I feel like the problem is elsewhere, like in the latching mechanism.

Well might have some info for u or them Look at the attached pic i have and what i have circled.
If there is a lack of ground on the lower half either in wiring or in the latch it self that would cause it to think that some one is in the seat and not have the buckle latched. Also if there is a lack of power flowing through at the c201 connector that can do it as well thinking it has a loss of ground. How many miles do u have on the car?? and does it change when u hit a bump ?
