Serpentine Belt

I have a 2002 Chrysler T/C 3.8 engine what issues will I have installing the serpentine belt?

We have a '99 T&C and the serpentine belt slips off any time we go through a rain puddle. It isn't very hard to replace, you just need something to use for leverage when putting tension on the tensioner. :)
