Shake in Vehicle While Accelerating

2000 Chrysler T & C
3.8, Auto
104K miles

Could use some help with this:

I am having a strange shake in the front end while accelerating. The shake occurs at between 35 to 45 mph, more severe when the van is steering to the left, such as going around a slight curve. I was initially told it was "radial variance" and I would need new tires. Had 4 new tires put on, and the shake seemed to lessen, but is still there.

Has had two CV joints (half shafts) on both sides replaced, both within the last few years. Could this be a symptom of a faulty half shaft / CV joint, or possibly something else?

Any thoughts appreciated.

Fred

it doubt it would be another cv axle if u just put one in what would the odds be that U got a bad one that had the same issue that u just had it replaced for. I would say wheel bearings the hubs that your wheel rides on.

Thanks. Turns out it was indeed a bad CV joint assy. We got a bad rebuild unit, slightly out of balance. Who would have thought......
