Is it moving at all? or no movement? Is the same issue on both doors? Is the boot opening?

COMMON to have a wire break inside that plastic "track" at bottom of the door. The track disassembles easily and then wire can be repaired. There are a number of "youtube" videos about it. NOT a hard job, as I've done the same with my van!

Its the left side door. Other is fine.
theres a "click" sound when i hit the button.

Sounds like a wiring issue to me then, I would check the wiring in the plastic trunking, loads and loads of videos on YouTube as mentioned on this. Not a hard job to do at all.

There are two common failure points besides the harness. The ratcheting latch assembly and the motor. They work in conjunction. In one of my doors, I had to replace both to get reliable operation.

hey.. how bout some part numbers of those 2 parts... i think i might have to go there next as i replaced my entire harness with oem and it worked for year or so... now... no power at all and harness is fine

The motor parts numbers are 4717974AG for right side and 4717975AG for left. The dealer can look these up to confirm that these will work on your car (ours is 2003 T&C Limited). These motors are available aftermarket, though from experience, the quality isn't as good as MOPAR. I don't know the part number for the latch actuator offhand, but it's better to have the dealer look that up for your specific model anway.
