Spare Tire wont Retract
Hi, I have a Stow & Go T&C and I decided to check my spare tire.
I had no problem winding it down but now I cannot get it back up! The cable goes all the way up except for about 10 inches of it then it gets really tight and if you try and turn more you get a loud click noise.
the manual says to turn it till you hear 3 click sounds, but, mine will not go up the last 10inches... I have released and tried over and over! [:@]Please help...
