What is the specs AND number on this tranny?

It's my wifes car, but guess who is resonseble for maintenance on this heap of steeel? Yupp, you got it, it's me....

And I noticed the tranny is leaking between the enging and tranny.. red oil, just drops YET (I just change yhe oil AND filter....) It zipping out of between the engine anf tranny.... So I guess it have to come down but whats the number, or identification on that tranny?

Anyone?

And for those who had been there, what is best to order first? A mod of the tranny seems inevitable, but what to look for?

I have a Ford Econoline and I'll had it for many years and I had thr tranny om those kind of cars (?) down for mods a couple of times (It weighs a hundred kilo fully loaded...) but thats ford and this is chrysler, so what do I look for? And what rep mod is vice to order?

Don't know if you have a US version or not but Wikipedia has some info. I would imagine you have the 4speed auto w/ the 3.8 liter. Wiki lists the 41TE as the tranny for that engine
