stereo replacement

i have a grand voyager with a broken stereo.It is a 14 pin type harness,i have obtained a modern replacement but it has 22pin connection any help with getting round this problem would be gratefully received........:):)

What year is your Voyager as I do have a CD/Cassette player from a 98 T&C that I'm willing to part with.
