Strange instrument cluster...
 

Sometimes when i turn on the ignition key the lights of instrument cluster remain off and the pointers go back and forth, then lights became on. I think the it isn't a battery problem bacause the crank speed is very good.
What could be?

P.S.: the car is a Voyager 2.8 CRD 2005
