T&C air issues

I have a 2001 T&C and ithas two issues

1)blows air on high setting only which is fine in the summer.
2) In winter, the air blows only onhigh too butnoheat.

Are my problems related and if so, can I fix myself? Coolant levels are fine.

Thanks!!

You mean the fan only operates on high? Can you turn it off?

Check your fan control. it is in the ac duct work behind the glove box. Search the forum and you will find more detailed instructions.

RE: T&C air issues

generally, when dash blowers only work on high, the fan resistor is burnt out. The resistor adds resistance at the lower speeds to give the fan less than full power. As far as not too much heat, that's a different issue.

Done!! fixed very easily and took 5 minutes!!! Blower now works on all settings.Motor Blower Resistorwas $20.

Still no heat though and winter will be coming. Thermoatat is ok. Coolant is ok. Any thoughts on how to fix the heater?
