T & C idles at 1500 to 2000 rpm

T & C idles at 1500 to 2000 rpm
Hi,
My T & C(2004 3.3) has just started to idle (when hot ) at near 2000rpm. I've checked with my code reader and there are no codes. I'm thinking - TPS but any thoughts would be welcome. No obvious air leaks or sticking throttle parts.
