Towbar for Lancia Voyager/Chrysler Grand voyager

Towbar for Lancia Voyager/Chrysler Grand voyager
Hi All,
I am replacing my trusted 2007 Chrysler Voyager Exec CRD 2.8 with new Lancia Voyager Platinum (I guess the car was build in 2014).
Very sad to see it go, as it served me well for the past few years. But I now live in Europe so need left hand drive vehicle. Can I transfer the dealer fitted original towbar from the old to the new car? Are they compatible?
Also, if someone in the UK is after a good reliable car with low mileage (70k), please let me know. Otherwise the car will be sold on Monday to the dealer in Cambridge.
