town & country brake caliper

Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket source for a metal piston to replace the composite piston in Chrysler brake calipers? My van is a 2007 Town and Country touring model. I have replaced both front calipers about three years ago and just replaced the right front again due to the pistons swelling up and seizing. This has to be one of the worst ideas to use in a braking system.
