Town and Country Transmission kick

I have a 2002 Town and Country with the 3.8 V6 and about 36k on the odometer. The other day when i was slowing down, the transmission felt like it kicked. i have noticed this happens when i slow down around 30MPH. When i accelerate, the car shifts fine, any ideas what can cause this?

Thanks
