True differences: T&C or Caravan for 2008

Is there any real difference between the Chrysler T&C Limited, and the Dodge Caravan SXT?
I have been told the only differences are cosmetic trim , sheet metal, and that there are no real substantial differences
(selected options being the same) between the two corporate twins.
Is there a difference in sound insulation, seat padding, details, appointments, etc between the two.
I can see that there would be a difference in resale, but since I keep my cars for 10+ years, resale/trade-in is
not much of a consideration. I'll be trading a 97 Dodge Caravan ES.
The dealers are not much help as they don't seem to know either, other than saying their vehicle is superior.
Chapman Dodge and Desert Chrysler (Las Vegas, NV) are only a mile or so apart so comparisons can be made based on the visual aspects, but I am looking for the true techie differences if any.
Thanks in advance.
