Urgent HelP Needed

Hi all

I have posted before but i desperately need your help.

We have a 2001 3.3 Petrol Voyager/Caravan in our posession that came in with an immobiliser fault.

Turn the key and nothing. its now 4 weeks down the line and this is what we have done so far.

1. Traced all wiring and checked for continuity
2. Changed the SKIM Module
3. Recoded the Keys several times
4. Sent the BCM and PCM away for testing but the PCM was inconclusive
5. Bypassed Starter Relay (starter works fine)
6. Bypassed fuel relay (pump works)
7. Put back on old skim module

Now when we originally tried to read the pcm it would not let us and now we have the new one in, it actually lets us into the pcm and we can read fault codes.

The STRANGEST thing is that when we fitted the new PCM the car fired up three times and died 3 times as the keys had not been programmed.

EXCELLENT....NOT it then now wont start and is doing the same as the previous PCM apart from we can still access this one but there are no codes in it showing up.

The autolocksmith came back AGAIN yesterday (another £70) and reprogrammed the new ecu with the key codes and we were hoping this would sort the problem BUT IT DOESNT

WHAT IS GOIng ON ????????

PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP

Thanks
Warren

hi
sorry was away in tenerife and just got back, so has the new PCM now been coded with the vin number? sounds like it's not been coded correctly by your locksmith and he has only done the keys. the skim module with a dealer unit would be able to check the vin (chassis number) is correct on both modules if not it will no allow the vehicle to start. I think you need to go to the dealer and get it all coded in correctly and get your money back of the locksmith "IF" it is a coding issue as he is charging you for something it sounds like he can't do with his machine.
