Using OIL??
 

01 T&C 3.8, 130,000 miles, My T&C started using oil, 1-2 qts every 3000 miles??? it doesn't smoke when I first start it, there are no drips in the garage, I just had some front end work done and they did not mention anything about oil leaks or oil on the bittom of the eng ,trans ect.

I am using penzoil 10W30 and puralotor filter, oil change every 3500-4000 miles.

I am hearing the lifters(I think) rattle when I first start the car, lasts 5-10 seconds.

Any Ideas??????
