In the Uk the Grand voyager and Voyager differ in a couple of areas.

The biggest difference is that the Grand Voyager is about 12 inches longer than the Voyager. Also Grand Voyagers built after 2006 have stow 'n go seats....they fold into the floor.. The Voyager never had stow 'n go....probably the biggest disadvantage with the Voyager.

Apart from that they are the the same with regard to trim and engine/transmission options.

Although the Grand is 12 inches longer, you do not get 12 inches of extra boot space.....the extra length is spread out to give extra leg room in the rear seats and a bit more boot space.

If you are looking to buy one, it's also worth noting that even the shorter Voyager is a big car by UK standards......about the same size as a Renault Grand Espace.....so don't rule out the Voyager because it's too "small"!

With 4 of a family, the difference between the two (or any 7 seater we looked at and a grand voyager) is needing a trailer for holidays or getting by with the boot space and a roof box.
