Voyager 2.8 CRD Executive Alarm

I have a slight problem with my alarm, this afternoon was hot so I left the front windows half open. After about 10 mins the alarm went off, I turned it off using the remote and presumed everything was ok. Later my wife went out to the vehicle and opened the door using a key not the remote in the drivers door, the alarm went off, I had to turn it off using the remote. I have tried it a couple of times since using the key and every time the alarm goes off. I didn't have this problem before using a key in the door and setting off the alarm. Can anyone help?

I have now solved it so just for future information on this problem this was the solution. I left the windows half open, locked the doors and about 10 mins later the alarm went off. This left the car thinking that somebody is trying to break in so when the key went into the door lock it still is thinking somebody is trying to break in. What you do is unlock the door with the key, open the door and the alarm goes off, put the key in the ignition and start the vehicle, the alarm stops.
