voyager CRD stalls

Bought Grand Voyager Touring Automatic CRD in November 2009. With less than a 1000 km on the counter the car stalled/ lost all power while coming down a mountain in slippery conditions. The vehicle went almost against the rail then halve turned and skidded to a stop. I started and drove slowly on. Ten minutes later it happened again. This time I heard a "beep". The car was picked up and transported to a Chrysler garage. The garage replaced a so-called PCM Box by a newer model. For about 18 months I had no problems. Then it happened again twice. When I asked the garage , during a recall for something to do with the water outlet of the airco, whether they could check it up, they stated that they had no time and that nothing was wrong. Yesterday February 19th, 2012 the car stalled on the motorway while driving at speed in the second of four lanes. You can understand our panic and the commotion it created among the other road users. We were not hit by others and made it to the help lane.

Could anyone advise me what to do??
