Where they hiding then???

Hi Guys...

I have a GV 2.8L XS diesel on a 56 plate that I need to change the glow plugs on! I bought some Denso ones Denso Chrysler | Car Parts 4 Less UK

but can't find where they go ??? Has anyone got a pic's of the location and also if anyone has some pic's of the EGR valve as well please?

Cheers

Taff

Glow plugs are down the front of the engine, below the intake pipe.
Have you tested them first? There is a square plug i on top of the triangular plate above the alternator where you can disconnect and test. Should get only a few ohm s to earth on each plug

Regards
Richard

Hi Richard :)

Many thanks for the info on the plugs. I've not got any testing gear to see if they are okay so just thought I'd change them to be on the safe side. I think I've found the EGR valve at front of engine? Not use to American motors, just cleaned the valve on my Toyota Avensis T-180 estate. Wasn't to bad as I've only ever run the car on V-Power derv with BG244 and Archoil 6200 in the tank.:D
