Windshield Washer Trouble 2

Hi all,

The front windshield washer has stopped working on our 2003 voyager 25 CRD.
I noticed this after I got the car back from service. Before that the reservoir light had been on, but the washer still worked. The reservoir is now topped of and temperatures are above zero. I can hear the pump revving put no fluid comes out. The washer for the rear works.

Is there a trick to get the washer to work?
If not, how can the washer pump be accessed?

alas no answers!

I took everything apart last week and it works again. This is what I found:

The 2003 voyager has 2 separate pumps (for front and rear).
There is no inspection hatch, but pumps can be accessed after removing 2 screws and bending inside plastic wheelcover away (after removing front wheel). Tube can be removed from pumps without tools and pumps can be tested. In my case they were ok.

The windshield wiper assembly cover can be removed with 5 torx screws. Need to remove wipers as well. Later I found that the nozzels are clipped in the assemby, so with hindsight I could probably have removed them without using tools.

The blockage howevere was somwhere else. When the air filter was exchanged the windshield washer tube has been clamped between airfilter housing and air inlet hose! Not so very happy with my mechanic any more!
