1995 cirrus drop transmission pan

Hi, I am doing maintenance on my 1995 Chrysler Cirrus LX with the 2.5L V6 and 4-speed automatic. I've done research, but found conflicting answers on how to seal the transmission pan for a drain and fill.

I ordered a Mopar transmission filter and RTV sealant from moparpartsamerica.com.

Instead of the sealant, will using a gasket like this seal better than the RTV?
Buy Felpro Automatic Transaxle Gasket TOS 18687 at Advance Auto Parts

I live in Lincoln, Nebraska, and this time of year the weather is hot and dry in the 90s.

How do I properly apply and cure the RTV on the pan?

What torque do the transmission pan bolts need to be set at? What size rachet needs to be used to take the bolts off?

Kudos to all who can help me!

Im not even going to look at the link......RTV works the best.....

1/8 inch bead around the perimeter of the pan, Just like decorating a CAKE....Dry any residual fluid from the pan rails, smoosh the pan up into place and hand tighten two opposing bolts.....

The rest are "SNUGGED" up with a 1/4 inch ratchet and all the muscle you can use with your fore and middle fingers only. I believe they are 10mm bolt heads
