1996 chrysler cirrus no elec fans
 

ok long story short I got this car from my great grandma she got a new car so she gave me this one and been trying to get it tuned up to sell but everytime I fix some something else breaks. now the elec fans wont come on and the car will get up to 210 and then I will turn it off but when you turn on the AC the Fans will come on and cycle. But as soon you turn off the AC the fans cut off. I have already checked the coolant temp sensor and bought a new one still no work put a 12volt wire stright to the fans and still no work and have switchd out the relays still no work does anybody have any other ideas. This car is really stressing me out
