2000 cirrus 2.4L with 3 cylinders with no compression. Cause???

I have a 2000 Chrysler cirrus(2.4L DOHC_101,000 miles)that suddenly stopped running. Found 3 cylinders(# 2,3 and 4)with no compression. Removed head and found one exhaust valve in each of the three no compression cylinders with a dime size hole. The other 3 valves in each cylinders looked ok. Any idea what caused these holes(looked like burn thru)???

Wow....All 3 failing at the same time seams like something catastrophic happened. Did something come loose in the engine and chew the valves up? I don't think they just wore out like that at the same time.

look for blocked cat'convertor,or stuck injectors dumping fuel.and check engine light before.....had to be.
