Bolt fell in timing belt assembly - Cirrus 99 LXI

I was replacing the valve cover gaskets when a bolt fell into timing belt assembly. I cannot find it. I already stuck a telescopic magnet inside the assembly, but haven't had any luck so far. Opening/removing the timing belt assembly would require me to remove the main pulley first. It's so much work, so I'd rather not do that. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Isn't there an easier way to open the assembly?

would you consider it unsafe to start the engine regardless? just to see what happens?

Is there a way to rotate the crank shaft manually to see if the bolt just feeds through?
