Break issue

So today and tonight I've had some issues, both are when the car is started.

I have little resistance with the break pedal, it goes right to the floor and I slowly slow to a stop, this will do it a few times than all of a sudden I'll have break pressure again and no problems..

Is this a symptom of air in the lines? Or could it be something else...

yes or faulty master cyl

I beleive it to be master cylinder failure, these two times have been the only times it did it. If there was air in the system I think it would have presented beforehand and not correct itself while driving..

Does that make sense?

Just went out and checked, pumped the brakes a few times off, and pedal goes to floor, checked all 4 wheels and right rear has a nice puddle under the tire. My guess this has been the wheel cylinder instead...hopefully that's all it is
