Could This Be The Cause Of My PCM's Going Bad

I was testing some of the wires on my Chrysler Cirrus and i found something weird and i don't know if it should be like that. but when i tested my ground wire blue and black. i got a positive and a negative reading on the same wire.
I also tested this with test light.
I'm just wondering if it should be like this or not

need a whole lot more info then this all u gave was some info that no one in the right mind would even know what u are talking about.
year make and model what connector on the pcm what is wrong with the car to start with and a test light cant test for power and ground at the same time.

Its an 1996 Chrysler Cirrus LX 2.5L V6. The car will not start and the PCM is the problem this the second PCM put into the car.
was testing Sensor Ground K4 Black/Light blue. I test this for ground and positive at different times.

with the key on do u have sensor ground?

BIGCJ 05-16-2010 08:23 AM

Yeah its getting ground

CHRYSLER TECH 05-16-2010 08:38 AM

and when u turn the key off the ground goes away? if yes its not a sensor ground issue then

BIGCJ 05-16-2010 09:24 AM

No i still have ground when the its turned off.

CHRYSLER TECH 05-16-2010 10:11 PM

unplug the pcm see if the ground is still there

BIGCJ 05-17-2010 03:53 AM

Yeah it's still getting ground when the PCM is unplugged.

CHRYSLER TECH 05-17-2010 09:21 AM

u have a short to ground then on that circuit trace it down
