Headlight mounting
 

I just recently purchased a 96 cirrus that collided with a deer. The passenger headlight mounting panel needs replaced. I have removed all the bolts that i have seen atached to it. Do i need to remove the washer resavore as well to remove it. Im pretty stumped. Thank you in advance for the help
